Lost In The Fifties!
Is the theme
for the
2012 Ontario Samboree and because it's the time of year, to enjoy fresh
locally grown food, we will also be highlighting the harvest. As far as the "fifties" is concerned, we think that many of you will have first hand memories of that decade and will enjoy participating in the various activities at the Samboree. Some of you may have to ask your parents for help in this matter! BeBop, DoWop and RamalamaDingDong. Rolled up jeans and poodle skirts, pony tails and slicked hair. It should be a blast, so get ready to make the scene. It'll be cool Daddy-o. Prizes are being considered for the best costumed couple and the coolest decorated transportation.  |
