Ingredients: 1 19oz crushed pineapple with juice, save a little for icing 2 eggs 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup of chopped nuts Cake Instructions: Mix eggs &sugar then add pineapple and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix flour & baking soda Add to first mix and add chopped nuts Place in an 8" by 13" dish. Bake at 350 F for 45 to 50 minutes Icing: 1 8 oz cream cheese 1 /4 cup icing sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 tsp vanila Mix all ingredients together add a little bit of crushed pineapple. Enjoy, Suzanne |
